The 25th Congress of the International Business Forum (IBF) took place in the Azerbaijani capital Baku with the participation of Turkish and foreign officials, businessmen, investors and journalists, and the exhibition accompanying the conference, which is being held under the auspices of the Turkish Association of independent businessmen and industrialists (.), opened on Monday until November 17.

In addition, bilateral business meetings "B 2b" were held at the conference co-organized by the International Business Forum and the agency for the development of small and medium enterprises of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

 

The conference touched on investment opportunities in Azerbaijan in several sectors, most notably tourism, agriculture, industry and construction, and the interest of the Azerbaijani government in the coming period in supporting and encouraging the establishment of projects and the most important opportunities in Azerbaijan in general and the Karabakh region in particular.

 

In turn, the president of the International Business Forum, Errol Yarar, welcomed the participants in the conference, wishing success and contribute to the establishment of partnerships, business and the establishment of various projects.

 

A number of speakers also stressed that investment and the opening of companies in Azerbaijan there are no differences between Azerbaijani and foreign investors, and the infrastructure is ready to invest in Azerbaijan and by next year will be ready in the "Karabakh" region to revive the land, rebuild and pay attention to various agricultural projects, which has a market in Russia, Europe, America and China, and there is a government plan to facilitate obtaining visas and increase the percentage of tourists by 2026.

 

The conference is supported by the Ministry of trade of Turkey, the Ministry of economy of Azerbaijan, as well as the Economic Union of Turkish and Azerbaijani businessmen and industrialists.

 

The conference will acquaint businessmen with the most important opportunities and investments in Azerbaijan, especially the reconstruction of liberated lands, tourism, agriculture, agro-technology, food industry and carpet industry.

 

The International Business Forum, a global business platform and network established in 1995 with the aim of increasing intra-trade and is an international platform for economic events, where it includes 42 business associations from 25 countries, with the aim of uniting ideas and forces and activating the interests and values shared between members to form new markets to serve the economy of different countries of the world.

 

About 1,000 businessmen from Turkey, Germany, Pakistan, Egypt, Jordan, Yemen, Syria, Tunisia, Mauritania, Algeria, Kuwait, the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Canada, Morocco, Palestine, Somalia, Qatar, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Kenya, Kazakhstan, France, Ghana, the United Kingdom, the United States of America, Iraq, Libya and Indonesia are expected to participate in the conference.
