Yavuz Emir Beyribey

Deputy General Manager for Digital Transformation at TUSAŞ, Yavuz Emir Beyribey leads the company's work on artificial intelligence, data management and enterprise-wide digital transformation across the aviation and defence industry. He previously served as Deputy Chairman of the Presidency's Digital Transformation Office, where he took part in shaping public-sector digital transformation policy in Türkiye. He frames TUSAŞ's artificial intelligence vision around four pillars — decision superiority, autonomy, institutional intelligence and independent artificial intelligence — and argues that in the defence and aviation industry AI is no longer an experimental topic but a principal area of investment. In his keynote he is expected to bring the national technology strategy together with experience from the defence and aviation industries, framed around independent AI and the role of the younger generation.
