Yavuz Emir Beyribey

Deputy General Manager for Digital Transformation at TUSAŞ, Yavuz Emir Beyribey leads the company's work on artificial intelligence, data management and enterprise-wide digital transformation across the aviation and defence industry. He previously served as Deputy Chairman of the Presidency's Digital Transformation Office, where he took part in shaping public-sector digital transformation policy in Türkiye. He frames TUSAŞ's artificial intelligence vision around four pillars — decision superiority, autonomy, institutional intelligence and independent artificial intelligence — and argues that in the defence and aviation industry AI is no longer an experimental topic but a principal area of investment. In his keynote he is expected to draw the four talks of the first session together at the level of national technological capacity and public–private cooperation.
